Custom Engraving Policy

Personalization is only available on those items marked or indicated.

NuptialNET offers complimentary personalization on specified items for our customers.  This is provided through a third party vendor and is not done directly by NuptialNET.

The style of engraving available is listed in the description of each product (i.e.; Monogram). If you would like to change the engraving style (i.e.; First name instead of a Monogram), there will be a $2.50 custom engraving charge for the first eight characters and $0.20 for each additional character over eight. Glass items may be embossed in gold for $3.00 extra per piece.

We offer several products that may be embroidered with names, initials, or monograms. The embroidery style is listed beneath the style number. Embroidery is available as shown only. Custom embroidery is not available.

(First Initial, Last Initial, Middle Initial. Last name initial is in the center and is larger.)
Single Initial: C
Initials: CAL
(First Initial, Middle Initial, Last Initial. All same size letters.)
All items will be engraved/embroidered, at no charge.  An engraving format has been specifically assigned to each product in insure that the highest appearance standards are met. Some items may be engraved with full names and dates, names only or just initials. Call for details if you have any questions.


DEFINITION:
Custom engraving would be any modification of engraving that varies from our standard engraving styles of first or last name, initials, or monogram.
  1. All custom engraving must be faxed in on our custom engraving form.
  2. Custom engraving will take 5-7 business days to complete and ship.
  3. Custom engraving charge will be $8.00 per item.
  4. Custom engraving items cannot be returned for any reason.
  5. In the event of a damage replacement on a custom engraved item, the damaged item must be returned to us or we cannot guarantee an exact replica.
