Instructions for Returning Merchandise
If you have received this RMA From in the mail along with Postage,
please do the following:
1. The Return shipping method to use is United States Postal
Service Priority Mail.
2. If possible, use the same shipping package/box you received
the order in.
3. The Post Office can provide FREE shipping boxes for Priority
Mail.
4. The Postage also includes a Delivery Conformation Bar
Code to be used.
5. Pack items with newspaper or other soft material to protect
items.
6. Place Postage Address Label sticker
on front of package.
7. Drop off at any Post Office or call the US Postal Service for pickup.
8. NuptialNET will contact you upon receipt of package and
inform you of the disposition of your claim.
9. Returned item(s) MUST BE RECEIVED AT NUPTIALNET
by:___________________________ or you will be charged for the
replacement.
PLEASE INSURE THE ITEM(S) ARE PACKED PROPERLY. If your items were not originally damaged in shipping and suffer damage during the return due to improper packaging, any refund or replacement may be reduced or rejected.
