We want your experience with NuptialNET to be pleasant one and we want you to be satisfied with the merchandise you purchase. Once an order is place via Order Form, Email, FAX or phone, it will be processed for Credit Card Verification, stock availability and shipping requirements. At this time, your order has been accepted and placed. After this time, any Customer Cancellations will be accepted by Email or FAX only! NO PHONE CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED! NO EXCEPTIONS!

If our delivery date does not meet with your approval after a conformations has been sent you via Email, then you must contact NuptialNET immediately so we may provide a solution or cancel your order. As long as NuptialNET can meet the delivery date stated in your order, we will consider the order accepted and ready for processing. This date should be the date you want to receive the shipment by. It is the customers responsibility to inform NuptialNET of any SPECIAL conditions for the shipment. Once the order has been shipped, it can not be recalled or canceled.

Order with engraving or any other special requirements can not be canceled and will be charged to the Buyers Credit Card Account in full and shipped to the address provided by the buyer. Orders placed with an invalid or erroneous Email Address or Phone Number that would prevent NuptialNET from contacting the Buyer will be processed and shipped to the address provided..

It is the buyers responsibility to read and understand all the terms and conditions of this sale. If you have any questions, please contact NuptialNET at (408)378-0387 8am to 5pm Pacific Time before your order is placed.

Total time from Order placement until you receive the order is equal to:

TOTAL DELIVERY TIME = Stock Availability + Shipping Method

When you place an order with NuptialNET, you are asked for a "Required or Wedding Date (Whichever comes First". This is how we can determine if NuptialNET can deliver your order in time. This should be the date you want your order by. IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE THIS DATE, WE WILL DELIVERY YOUR ORDER WHENEVER IT IS READY. This may include extra time for an item(s) that is not currently in stock or an item(s) that is on Back Order from the manufacturer. If we can not meet you delivery requirements, we will let you know and you may cancel your order without any changes or accept a different delivery date. You will be notified of this via Email.

There will be a 20% Cancellation/Processing Fee made to your Credit Card for all canceled orders.
