- Order Cancellations

- We want your experience with NuptialNET to be pleasant one and we want you to be satisfied with the merchandise you purchase. Once an order is place via Order Form, Email, FAX or phone, it will be processed for stock availability and shipping. At this time, your order has been accepted and placed. After this time, any Customer Cancellations will be accepted by Email or FAX only! If our delivery date does not meet with you approval, then you should contact NuptialNET immediately so we may provide a solution or cancel your order.

- Out of Stock Items

- We want to make sure you are happy with our products and service. NuptialNET is a Distributor and not a Manufacture. Therefore, we must purchase products from different manufactures for resale to the public. From time to time, we may be temporarily out of stock on a particular item. When this occurs, the item(s) are reordered from the manufacture. The delivery of these orders to NuptialNET may take 7-15 days. This could cause a delay in processing and delivery of your order. If this is an inconvenience for you, please contact our Sales Department. For other options or handling. Some items may require special ordering and may require advance payment.

- Shipping
|
| Normal shipping is by United States Postal Service (USPS). All USPS rates, rules, regulation and procedures apply. NuptialNET can also ship via Federal Express (FedEx) at a much higher cost. Saturdays deliveries are possible for additional cost. Please check with Sales Department. |

- Credit Card Posting
|
- We do not Post or make any charges against your Credit Card until your Merchandise is ready to ship. If any charges to your account are Denied, then you will be contacted to resolve this problem. In this case, shipments will be held up until the problems is resolved.

- Personal Checks
|
- Orders placed with a Personal Check will be accepted. Shipment of Merchandise will be held up until the check clears the bank. Usually 7-10 business days.

| Return of Merchandise |

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted by NuptialNET and will be returned to the buyer.

| Undeliverable or Rejected Merchandise |
- All merchandise is shipped to the address provided by the buyer at the time the order is placed. Each buyer is send an Invoice to the Email address provided. It is the buyer responsibility to verify the correctness of all information on that Invoice. Errors must be reported to NuptialNET with 48 hours.
- Any shipment that is Rejected or Not Accepted by the buyer or any other person at the delivery time and address, will be held until proper delivery can be made. Additional attempts of delivery will be made at an additional cost to the buyer. Every attempt will be made to deliver all shipments. After 30 days, the items will be returned to stock and and your account will be credited the Invoice amount minus a 20% restocking fee.
