NuptialNET Return and Replacement Policy

Return of Merchandise
NuptialNET makes every effort to insure quality products and service. Many items such as Cake Tops are sealed in boxes at the factory and therefore not visible for inspection once received by NuptialNET. We are in contact with the factory at all times to insure the highest quality. NuptialNET is a Retailer and not the manufacturer of the products we sell.
Your satisfaction is our greatest product.

Defective Merchandise Only
Only merchandise that has been determined by NuptialNET to be defective or different than that stated on the Invoice/Statement or displayed on this Web Site, will be accepted for return. At NuptialNET's option, we will replace manufactures defective merchandise or offer the Buyer an In Store Credit (including tax and shipping) toward the purchase of any other NuptialNET product. NO REFUNDS.

Buyer must contact NuptialNET at (408)378-0387, 8am to 5pm (California time) or via Email to obtain a RMA (Returns Material Authorization) number within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. The Buyer must submit the RMA Form along with the merchandise and requested information on the form. The RMA number must be written and/or displayed on the outside of the shipping container or the return package will be rejected by NuptialNET and returned to the sender. Merchandise must also be returned in the original packaging container. No returns will be accepted after 15 days. Please make sure the items are packaged well to prevent any shipping damage. If your items were not originally damaged in shipping and suffer damage during the return due to improper packaging, your refund may be rejected.

Replacement item(s) will only be shipped upon receipt of defective merchandise by NuptialNET. If Buyer requires merchandise in a timely manner, the replacement item(s) will shipped at Buyer request using our standard shipping method (or Drop Shipped by the Manufacturer) and will be charged to the Buyer Credit Card. Buyers account will be credited the amount of the duplicate (replacement) shipment upon receipt of defective merchandise at NuptialNET. Standard USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day) will be used and paid for by NuptialNET. Overnight Express Mail or special shipping requirements will be at Buyer expense. Any return shipping fees may not be refunded and would be limited to the amount of the original shipping cost.

Wearable Items
To protect the safety and health of NuptialNET customers, we do not sell wearable items that have been returned. Some wearable items CAN NOT be returned for any reason. These include all Thongs and other undergarments. T-shirts and hats may only be returned if defective or in error from order placed as long as the plastic packing bag has not been opened. Wearable items will be replaced with the same if the item is returnable.

Shipping Damage
NuptialNET will replace all defective merchandise that is not the result of shipping damage. Allreturns material is shipped free of defective and damage. Shipping may inflict damage to merchandise. NuptialNET CAN NOT be held responsible for damage during shipping. It is strongly suggested that BUYER purchase the additional Shipping Insurance provided by the United States Postal Service to protect your order. Insurance is purchased from the US Postal Service by NuptialNET on behalf of the Buyer.  All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service for quality service. See Shipping Rates for more details.  NuptialNET is not responsible for claims and/or processing of claims.  All damage claims are handled by the US Postal Service.

Any damaged  merchandise that has been insured by the US Postal Service, MUST BE TAKEN BY THE BUYER to the nearest Postal Service Office and a claim made using PS Form 1000. All claims must be in the same package (box or carton) it was shipped to Buyer in.  Without that container, the US Postal Service will not pay any claims and you may not get a replacement.  You can get more information at the Filing Consumer Domestic Claim page on the Postal Service Website.

What you need to file a claim:
1.  Your Original Mailing receipt for insured, COD, registered, or Express Mail.
2.  The sales Invoice for Evidence of value.
3.  Proof of damage or loss:

DAMAGE, SOME LOSS OF CONTENTS, OR ONLY THE BOX DELIVERED. The addressee must present the following:
(1) The container, wrapping, packing, and any contents that were received; and
(2) The original mailing receipt. (If you co not have the mailing receipt, the claim form will be forwarded to NuptialNET. NuptialNET will then take the claim form and the mailing receipt to a post office for verification.)
All claims for damage or loss of contents should be filed immediately. We can not replace any damaged merchandise until this process is completed.  All loss or damage claims are subject to the rules and regulations of the United States Postal Service.  NuptialNET can not changes or alter those regulations.  All questions and inquiries should be addressed to the US Postal Service.  NuptialNET, at its own discretion, may replace the damage merchandise if the buyer provided payment.  This replacement payment would be refunded to the buyer if and when the claim process is completed.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted by NuptialNET and will be returned to the shipper.

Late Shipments
Unless previously Guaranteed by NuptialNET,  NO REFUNDS will be made for late deliveries of merchandise.  Every effort is made to ship orders by the Customers Required or Wedding Date, there is NO GUARANTEE of shipment by that date.  All shipping is subject to the terms and conditions of the shipping company.

Product Colors
Due to the difference in computer monitors and your computers color settings, there may be a small color variation in the color displayed on your computer monitor for a product and the actual color of the item you receive. This small variation can not be controlled by NuptialNET and will not be a valid reason for a refund, replacement or return. If the color of a product is very important to your wedding, please consult with NuptialNET before you make a purchase.

Absolutely NO RETURNS will be accepted after your Wedding Date.


Candles Shipment
Candles are subject to damage from high temperature during shipping and are packaged and shipped to insure a safe delivery. However, the shipping company may expose packages to higher than normal temperature environments during transport that can cause damage to candles. Some candles may be shipped on Mondays to insure there is no long storage period during weekends.
