NuptialNET Shipping Information

Shipping
Normal shipping is by United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail with an average of 2-3 days to most areas within the US. All USPS rates, rules, regulation and procedures apply. Delivery time is also subject to your location which may require a longer delivery time. Shipping costs are based on package weight, destination and choice of shipping time. Other than Time Of Shipment, all shipping questions should be directed to the United States Postal Service. All orders are shipped with a USPS Delivery Conformation Number for tracking. This will only indicate that a delivery was made on a specific date and place but will not indicate the person who received the package. This is the same as all US Mail. Tracking information can be viewed at the United States Postal Service web site. Please contact NuptialNET for your Conformation Number. NuptialNET can also ship via Federal Express (FedEx) at a much higher cost. Saturdays deliveries are possible for additional cost. Please check with Sales Department. NuptialNET is not responsible for shipping delays or damage during shipment. Shipping Damage Insurance is strongly recommended if you wish to recover any losses.

Partial Shipments
If some of the items in your order are out-of-stock or not available to be shipped by your Requested Date, those items in stock will be shipped and the total cost of the order will be adjusted to reflect the items shipped. You will have the option to complete the order when the remaining items are available or cancel the balance of the order. The standard policy will be to cancel the balance.

Personalization, Engraving, Embroidery and Printing
Personalized items are done by the manufacturer and can require up to 10 days for the work to be done depend on the time of the year. These items are usually shipped to NuptialNET along with other merchandize. To speed up the delivery process, Drop Shipments can be arranged directly to the customer from the manufacturer. Rush Personalization can also be arranged if item is required within 10 days of order placement. Some of these arrangements may have an additional cost associated with the faster service. This does not include the shipping cost. Always check with our Customer Service Representatives if your don't understand our policies or any any questions.

Special Considerations for Shipping
If your requirements for an item(s) are within 7 days, please contact our Sales Department at (408)378-0387 for a determination if delivery is possible on the item(s) you want. If an item(s) is out-of-stock, delivery may not be possible within the time frame you wish. In this case, no "restocking fee" will be charged if an Order has been placed.
  • Orders received after 4pm (Pacific Time), will be processed on the next business day.
  • Saturday processing and shipping is available in some cases.
  • NuptialNET can not ship Federal Express on Saturday, Sundays or Holidays.
  • Federal Express package may be received on Saturdays but not Sundays or Holidays.
  • United State Express and Priority Mail packages can be shipped on Saturdays before 1pm (Pacific Time).
  • US Postal Services package will be delivered on Saturdays.
  • Processing time is not included as part of the shipping time.
  • Shipping method may be changed to meet customer requirements or to allow for faster delivery.
